Welcome to LifeVerse. These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the LifeVerse mobile application and related services (collectively, the “Service”). By downloading, accessing, or using LifeVerse, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.
1. Description of the Service
LifeVerse is a personal journaling application designed to help users reflect on their daily lives and receive biblically-informed insights, scripture, prayers, and suggested actions. The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate personalized content based on the journal entries you create.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use LifeVerse. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
3. Account Registration
You may create an account using Sign in with Apple. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity that occurs under your account.
4. Subscriptions and Premium Features
LifeVerse offers both free and paid (Premium) features.
- Free users receive a limited number of AI-generated insights each month.
- Premium subscribers receive unlimited AI insights and additional features.
Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID account and automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID settings.
5. User Content
You retain ownership of the journal entries, reflections, and other content you create in LifeVerse (“User Content”).
By using the Service, you grant LifeVerse a limited license to process your User Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service (including generating scripture insights and storing your data via iCloud).
You are solely responsible for the content you create. Do not submit content that is illegal, harmful, or violates the rights of others.
6. AI-Generated Content
LifeVerse uses artificial intelligence to generate scripture suggestions, insights, prayers, and action steps. These outputs are provided for personal reflection and spiritual encouragement only.
Important: AI-generated content is not a substitute for professional counseling, pastoral care, medical advice, or formal biblical teaching. Always exercise discernment and consult trusted spiritual leaders when needed.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to reverse-engineer or disrupt the Service
- Share or distribute AI-generated content in a misleading way
- Upload content that infringes on the rights of others
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
8. Privacy
Your use of LifeVerse is also governed by our Privacy Policy, available at:

9. Intellectual Property
The LifeVerse name, logo, design, and all related materials are owned by the developers of LifeVerse. You may not use our branding without prior written permission.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or suitability of the Service or any AI-generated content.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LifeVerse and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
